• Communication — sending confirmations, exhibitor kits, floor plans, deadline reminders, and event updates relevant to shows you've registered for.
• Marketing — informing you about upcoming Iten Media events that may be relevant to your industry, where you haven't opted out.
• Internal record-keeping — maintaining accurate exhibitor and visitor records across our CRM systems, for this and future editions of an event.
• Website performance — understanding how visitors use itenmedia.in so we can keep it working correctly and improve navigation.
• Legal and compliance — meeting contractual, tax, and regulatory obligations tied to exhibitor agreements and venue requirements.

Sharing & third parties

We don't sell your personal information. We do share it with a limited set of service providers who help us run our events and communications:

• Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms & Zoho WorkDrive — used to manage exhibitor and visitor records, process form submissions, and store related documents and attachments.
• Email & communication platforms — used to send registration confirmations, exhibitor updates, and event newsletters.
• Venue and logistics partners — where necessary for badge printing, stand allocation, or on-site services at a specific event.
• Payment processors — if you make a payment for a stand, sponsorship, or delegate pass, your payment details are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Note — these providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality commitments. We do not permit them to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our exhibitor agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Iten Media, our exhibitors, or event attendees.

Cookies & tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and understand aggregate visitor traffic.

• Essential cookies — required for the site and forms to function correctly.

Information you submit is stored in access-controlled systems, primarily our Zoho CRM and WorkDrive environments, with access limited to Iten Media staff who need it to do their jobs — for example, to manage exhibitor communications for a specific show.

While we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain exhibitor and visitor records for as long as needed to run the current event edition, fulfil contractual obligations, and — where you haven't opted out — to invite you to future editions of the same or related events. Financial and tax-related records are retained for the period required under applicable Indian law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to the record-keeping obligations described above.

Your rights & choices

• Access — you can ask us what information we hold about you.
• Correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated details, such as a changed job title or company.
• Deletion — you can ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons.
• Opt-out — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly to opt out of future communications.

Children's privacy

Our events, website, and services are intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our registration processes are not directed at individuals under 18.
